The vessel in question, any replacement vessel, it’s or their owners,
operators, staff, agents, charterers, tenders, launches, and associated
facilities (collectively referred to as "our," "we," "us," or "our Group"), as well
as its direct and indirect holding companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, designees,
agents, assignees, or successors, are all dedicated to protecting your privacy.
We offer this Privacy Policy to help you make educated decisions and feel
secure about giving us your personal information. It outlines our procedures
as well as how you may decide to utilize your personal data.
When you make a reservation, become a member of one of our membership
programs, make a reservation, sign up to receive e-mail or other promotions in

related benefits and services (such as members: (a) receiving
assistance from the Guests Services Department with their cruise
requirements; (b) being granted access to special events, sales,
discounts, and giveaways; (c) tracking, accruing, and using membership
points; and (d) obtaining additional special products and on-board
services), customer relationship management, continuous research and
program development, and providing news and information to members
of the membership programs;
Implications of Not Providing Personal Information:
It is your choice to determine what, and the extent of personal information to
be made available to us. But we may fail to meet our obligations under the
law, or to carry out your instructions (particularly in Germany) unless you
provide some information, as marked by an asterisk or otherwise, as indicated
as required.
Keeping your personal data:

damaged, or suffer any other major social or economic loss), the data
protection officer must report the incidence to the relevant supervisory
authority without delay-- within 72 hours of learning about the incident,
at the very least.
- Should a breach of personal data be expected to have a significant
impact on your rights and freedoms (in other words, to a greater extent
than that envisaged in Clause 9.2), the Data Protection Officer should
ensure that the breach is communicated to all the Data Subjects that
may be involved in it in a direct and timely manner.
